Chapter 16 "Where it all Began"

It's been a almost 2 weeks since i've been back home. After all that time Solo was now back staying with me again. I told her about the miscarriage and she was so hurt buy it. She was really excited about being an Aunt. But i figured it was probably best that it happened. I've been akin sure I been taking my antibiotics and exercising more, to recuperate from having the miscarriage. I was slowly accepting the fact that it did happen. And Shawn, he was just too good to me. Constantly calling to check up on me, making random visits, bringing me food and anything else I needed. Although we were still seeing each other, i was missing him a whooooooole lot. 

I was at home getting some work done and making plans and preparations for Chris's surprise party. I ran my ideas across Shawn to get his point of view before going to Gwyn, and to my surprise I found out that he and Chris are actually good friends. How ironic. But i thought it was great. He helped me to pick out the place for Shawn's party. With him being a club owner and all, he knew all about the hot spots. So in all i had the place, the date, the guest list, and what was being served. Gwyn's email, was very detailed, she really didn't need much of my help. But i guess she just needed everything in order and the final arrangements placed together. I was emailing her everything in writing so that there wouldn't be any miscommunication and so she could let me know if she wanted to change anything, but luckily she loved my ideas. I was sitting in my office room, when Solo came in telling me somebody was at the door. I was curious to know who it was, it couldn't have been the decorator's because i met with them already. It also couldn't be Shawn because he had a key to my place, my mom was still out of town, and Kelly would have called. I walked downstairs to peek out the window, but all i saw was a car, one i didn't recognize. I went and opened the door and my heart dropped when i saw that it was Tony standing there.


(Bey) a bit shocked and angry "Antonio?" i said looking all around "What are you doing here?"


(Tony) "I back from being on the road and I just came to get my things."


(Bey) i was trying so hard to keep my composer "Well i packed it all up and put it in storage?"


(Tony) "Well what about the ring and the car and the dog?"


(Bey) "I returned the car, and the ring is packed up too, but i still have it, I wanted to at least give that back to you in person, and the dog.....i really don't even know."


(Tony) "Well you know Bey, you could have just kept them, i wouldn't have tried to take them back."


(Bey) "It's not about that, it was just something i had to do."


(Tony) "Well, i understand."


We both are just standing there looking at each other, meanwhile Solo is staring out the window.


(Tony) "Well i guess i'll get going then" he said and starts to walk away but turns around "Oh Bey," he said just as i was closing the door.


(Bey) "Yes?" i said opening the door back up.


(Tony) "The ring?" he said stepping back up to the door.


(Bey) "Oh.....right."


I turned around leaving the door halfway open, Tony stayed out on the porch. I went into the closet by the front door and pulled out a box of personal things Tony has given to me and that would remind me of him and gave it to him.


(Bey) "Here you go." i said handing him the box.


(Tony) "So this is it huh, we're really done."


(Bey) "Yes Tony we really are."


(Tony) puts his hand down "Well i still would want to be there for the baby at least."


(Bey) "There is no baby." i said sadly.


(Tony) confused "What?"


(Bey) "Yea, i had a miscarriage."


(Tony) "Oh no Bey, I'm sorry."


(Bey) "You don't have to be sorry, it was for the best. It'll be one less child you will have to worry about in your life."


(Tony) his eye widened "How did you find out?"


(Bey) "Thats not important, whats important is that you will never have to worry about me anymore."


(Tony) "Bey, i uh--"


(Bey) "Look, last not do this okay. There's nothing else to say about this because we are done."


(Tony) gets quiet for a min "Im sorry Bey, for everything, maybe one day down the road we could become friends, I mean i would still like you to be around."


(Bey) "Bye Anotonio......" starts tearing up "have a nice life."


Antonio steps in and kisses Bey on the forehead.


(Tony) "And you do the same" he whispers "I wish you nothing but the best."


And with that being said Antonio walked off back to his car and drove off. Bey closed the door and set against it and cried for a brief moment. 


(Bey's thought's) 
I dont understand why i'm crying right now. I mean i knew this day was going to come sooner or later. I guess it's just because I'm still in love with him. No matter what Antonio and I have gone threw, I will have love for him. He was my first love, my first lover, and my first everything. Seeing him again brought me back to reality, that things between he and I are really over. At least this time around i got the closure i needed. But as much a i hate to admit, the shit is killing me. 


(Solo) "Bey you good?" she said walking to the door.


(Bey) wipping her eyes "Yea I'm good."


(Solo) "So what was he saying?"


(Bey) "Nothing, he just came for his stuff thats all." i said getting up to walk away.


(Solo) following after Bey "Oh okay. Well Daniel is in town for the week and i was wondering if he could stay here in the meantime?"


(Bey) "Sure Solo, i don't care." i said dryly.


(Solo) "Are you sure gonna be alright Bey?"


(Bey) "Yea, i will."


(Solo) "Alright, well I'm about to go up stairs and get ready, Daniel is suppose to be coming to get me today?"


(Bey) "Okay, where yal going?"


(Solo) "I don't yet, he just said he was coming to get me."


(Bey) "Oh alright."


Solo went upstairs to get ready and i stayed down in the living room. I was still stuck on seeing Tony.
It seems like seeing him again brought back a lot of memories, some were good and some were bad. At this point in time, i just wasn't ready to deal with Tony, i mean i was still very vulnerable about just getting out of a relationship. And things with Shawn and I were going good, I didn't want to mess that up  because i let my emotions get he best of me. I didn't know what to think or how to feel, but i knew i couldn't let him bring me down.


KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK. 


I went to the door to open it, and it was Daniel coming to get Solo. This was odd because this was my fist time ever meeting him, seeing him, and even speaking with him.


(Bey) opening "Hi, you must be Daniel, come on in."


(Daniel) walking in "Hey and your Beeeeee.....yonce?" he asked a little unsure.


(Bey) chuckling "Yea and Solo is upstairs getting ready, she should be down in a min." she said closing the door. "Soooooooooolo, Daniel is here." i yelled up the stairs.


(Solo) "Okay, i'll be right down." she yelled back.


Daniel and I made our way to the living room and set down, and started chatting it up. He was a very cool guy and very handsome. I must say, Solo did good with this one.


(Solo) walking into the living "Hey baby." she said walking over to give him a kiss.


Watching Solo and Daniel interact made me think about when Tony and I were there ages. Daniel and Solange's age difference was the same as me and Tony's . It was weird because he also played football as well. So to really made me think about me and Tony. I can't believe though how much Solo has grown. But no matter how old she gets, she will always be my little sister.


(Bey) "So where are you guys headed to." i asked Daniel


(Daniel) "Oh you know, where probably just going to grab a bite to eat and just go somewhere where we can chill and hag out."


(Bey) "Oh okay, what time do you plan on coming home."


(Daniel) "Uhm i not sur, but not too late though." he seemed a little nervous.


(Bey) "Oh it doesn't matter too me what time you guys get in, just let me know when you guys do decide to come home, jut in case i have company or i leave or something."


(Daniel) "Oh okay, cool. Oh and thanks for letting me stay here while I visit."


(Bey) "Anytime, you seem like a cool person and i can see that my sister is really happy with you."


(Daniel) "Thank you and it was nice meeting you. Solange talks about you all the time."


(Bey) looks at Solo "Oh she does now." i said smiling


(Solo) chuckling "Okay, come on Dan before it starts to get really awkward in here." she said pulling him towards the door.


(Bey) "Oh don't get embarrass because you love me." i say teasing her as i followed them to the door.


(Solo) opens the door and walks out laughing "Oh whatever"


(Bey) goes to close the door "Yal have  a good time."


(Dan and Solo) "Okay, see you later."


No sooner after i was closing the door, my phone started ringing. It was Shawn.


..............(Phone Convo)


(Bey) "Hey you..."


(Shawn) "Whats up Ma, what you doing?"


(Bey) "Nothing much, I just seeing Solo to the door, her boyfriends in town."


(Shawn) "Oh hell, she has a boyfriend?"


(Bey) starts laughing "Yea, i mean she is 16."


(Shawn) "I don't give a damn, Ima see about this."


For the past week, Solo and Shawn have been really hitting it off. They formed some type of brotherly sisterly tie of relationship. Which i find to be good, because i don't what i would have done if they didn't get along.


(Bey) "No your not. And besides his a nice guy, he's very suitable for her."


(Shawn) "I'll be the judge of that."


(Bey) "You are a mess." i said laughing "But hey Pa, i gotta tell you something though."


Ma and Pa, were some nicknames Shawn and I gave each other, why we chose those, i just don't know.


(Shawn) "Whats up? What you gotta tell me?"


Although it may not have seemed like it was a big deal, but i felt it was necessary that i told Shawn about Tony coming over. I already know he was not going to be to fond about it.


(Bey) "Well Tony came over today?"


(Shawn) "You said What? When? And What for?" he was starting to get upset.


(Bey) "Relax, it was all cool. He just came by to get his stuff and the rest of his things."


(Shawn) "What he say?"


(Bey) "He didn't say anything, he just asked about the baby and i told him what happened and after that i gave him his things and he left."


(Shawn) "So how are you feeling?"


(Bey) "Im not sure, i mean i was surprised to see him and all, but i knew i would eventually run into him."


(Shawn) "What you mean your not sure?"


(Bey) "Well it's not like I'm mad or anything, I'm just well...i don't know."


(Shawn) "Hmp, well alright."


(Bey) "What are you up too?" i said changing the subject.


(Shawn) "On my way to the studio, you want to come?"


(Bey) begins to think "Uuuuuuuhm, no I'm cool. Im just gonna chill out at the house today or something."


(Shawn) "Alright then...."


(Bey) "Okay, well i'll call you later then."


(Shawn) "Alright"


(Bey) "Okay" hangs up.


I could tell it bothered Shawn when i told him Tony had come over. I know how he feels, but he should understand he has nothing to worry about. Tony and I are over. I wouldn't dare go back down that road. My thoughts started to get the best of me so i went into the kitchen to pour me up a drink to calm my nerves. Not wine this time, but vodka on the rocks. I was happy i was able to drink again, because that wine wasnt cutting it.


RING.RING.RING. It was Angie calling.


(Ang) "Hey doll, what are you up too?"


(Bey) "Nothing much, having a drink. You?"


(Ang) "Girl aren't you pregnant, what you doing drinking?" she joked.


(Bey) gets quiet


(Ang) "Bey, you there?"


(Bey) "Yea, I'm here Ang." i said dryly.


(Ang) "Whats wrong, you sound sad?"


(Bey) "Thats cuz.....well...." I was getting tired of telling people "I had a miscarriage."


(Ang) "What Bey.....Im sorry. I di--"


(Bey) "It's okay and i know Ang........"


(Ang) "Well I.....I just, uh--"


(Bey) "Look Ang, let me call you back."


I hung up before she could even get a word out. I sat int the kitchen at the counter and drunk cup, after cup. I thoughts were all over the place, i guess having a miscarriage was really starting to take a toll on me. Thoughts of Tony raced through my mind and thoughts of Shawn raced my mind. I was back a square one. The sudden break up between Tony came to my mind and thoughts of Shawn and how good he's been to me came to mind as well.


(Bey's thought)
I know i still can't be stuck on Tony, i mean i know it's only been a few weeks since he and I have been broken up, but thats no excuse for why it is i should be feeling like this. I told Tony i was done, so I'm done. Psssh who am I kidding, i still love him. He was almost the father of my child, what he and i had will be something i will never forget. I wish it was so easy for me just to forget him, but it's not. And with him showing back up today, didn't help at all.


RING.RING.RING. It was my mom.


Ugh i didn't really feel like talking with her right now, but i really did need to talk to her.


..................(Phone Convo)


(Bey) "Hey mom."


(Ms. Tina) "Hey baby, what are you doing?"


(Bey) "Nothing ma, just hanging around the house. "


(Ms. Tina) "You sound like you been drinking, is everything okay. You know your no---"


(Bey) "Maaaaaaaa" already she was starting to get on my nerves "Look mom had a miscarriage."


(Ms. Tina) "OH Beyonce, honey.......how are you holding up?"


(Bey) "I've been good, Shawn has been helping me out a lot, but it still hurts me?"


(Ms. Tina) "Shawn??????" she asked a little confused, not knowing Bey and Tony were over.


(Bey) "Yes mom, Shawn. Tony and I are no longer together. In fact he just came by not to long ago to get his things."


(Ms. Tina) "Not together?......Look i'll be back in town tomorrow, so maybe we could discuss things then, i know you probably don't want to and that's fine, but I'm here for baby when you need me."


(Bey) "Oh okay ma, and yea thats sounds nice. I need to talk to somebody that would understand me anyway."


(Ms. Tina) "Alright baby, well you enjoy the rest of your day and i'll talk to you later."


(Bey) "Okay, i love you."


(Ms. Tina) "I love you too."


After getting off the phone with my mom, i sat on the couch and had a few more drinks. It was starting to get late and had started raining. Daniel and Solo still haven't made it home. I tried calling and texting her but she didn't reply. I figured they were just bust enjoying each other's company. I haven't talked to Shawn since earlier either. I was hoping he wasn't mad at me because if he was, i don't understand why. As the it got later in the night, I just decided i was going to call it a night. The rain had started to pick up  and it storming really bad. After showering and getting ready, i tried calling Solo again to see if she was okay and if she was coming home. She told me they were okay and they because they were closer to Kelly's house they would say the night there because it was storming bad. I called Kelly to confirm it. I didn't want them to be out, thinking they could just hang out all night, well Solo anyway. After getting myself tucked away in bed, i just sat there laying around. The roaring sound from the thunder and the constant flash of lightning had me a bit terrified. Since i was a kid, i've always been scared to sleep alone on nights lights this. I was wishing Shawn could be hear with me. As i was laying in bed, trying to fall asleep. I heard the door open from downstairs. I jumped up fast as hell, worried that somebody was breaking in. I got out of bed and crept over to my door and to peek my head out to see if i was hearing right. As i heard foot steps coming up the stairs, i grew more nervous. I really had in my head that somebody was about to slaughter me. Damn, i must really be buzzing to be thinking some shit like that. I stood there though, still with my head peeking out into the hallway. I searched around for something to grab, but it was to late because they were already coming up the stairs, i flicked on the hallways lights to catch a glance of the person and saw that it was Shawn. I was so relieved.


(Shawn) "What you looking like that for?...You thought i was a robber or something." he said walking into the room.


(Bey) turns the light off and follows behind him  "Uh yea and because you scared me, i also wasn't expecting you to come over. Why didn't you call?"


Shawn was drenching wet from the rain. He had to strip down into his shorts and tshirt.


(Shawn) "I would have but my phone went dead. I was gonna head home, but it was so bad out, that i just stopped here because your house was on the way. Why is it a problem?" he said sitting on the bed, he sounded like he had an attitude.


(Bey) goes to get back in bed, giving Shawn a look "No. And i was just asking, whats with the attitude?"


(Shawn) "I don't have an attitude."


(Bey) flicks on the light on the nightstand. "Well it just seems that way, thats all. I mean like are you mad at me for something?"


(Shawn) "No, Im just having a bad day, thats all."


(Bey) "Well do you want to talk about it?"


(Shawn) "No."


I just sat there staring at Shawn for a moment. Now i had an attitude. Whatever he was mad about was no excuse for him to take it out on me. I turned the light off and positioned my self in bed to lay down. As i was doing it i was making a lot of noise by snatching the covers and tossing pillows an what not, so he could see that i had an attitude. I was doing it on purpose to see if i could get a reaction out of him.


(Shawn) still sitting up on the bed. "What you doing all that for?" he said turning around to look at me.


I didn't pay any attention to him, i just kept on doing what i was doing.


(Shawn) "I know you hear me talking to you." he said, you could tell he was getting irritated.


(Bey) "Yea i know."


(Shawn) "So why aren't you answering me."


(Bey) "Cuz i don't feel like talking about it, thats why." i mocked.


(Shawn) starts chuckling "Oh so you gonna be like that huh?"


(Bey) "Yup, and i don't know why you laughing because aint shit funny."


(Shawn) still laughing "Oh you mad huh?"


(Bey) rolls her eyes and don't say anything.


(Shawn) turns around and snatches Bey over by his side "Why are you acting like that?"


I wasn't really mad, i was just playing with him. I was enjoying his attention. I was missing being away from him. He and i haven't spent a night with each other since i've been home. It's been mostly stop and go's. Being away from him, really made me see how much i love being around him.




(Shawn's thought)
I wasn't trying to have an attitude with Bey, I'm just having a bad day that's all. But she's so damn cute when she gets mad. It was actually turning me on the things that she was doing. I know i told her i wanted to wait, but being away from her made me realize how much i really want her around. And her in that tshirt wasn't helping out. Good lord, give me strength.


(Bey) "Im not acting like nothing" i said trying to pull away, making it seem like still have an attitude.


(Shawn) "Stop pulling from me, come here man."


(Bey) stops resisting and scoots closer to Shawn.


(Shawn) "Im sorry Ma if it seemed like i had an attitude, I just had a bad day, thats all."


(Bey) poking out her lip and is pouting *sighs* "Huuuuuuh, i guess I can understand that." i said trying to play it off.


(Shawn) "Yea you better" he said talking mess "Now poke your lip back in."


BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM. The sound of the thunder got really loud, both Shawn and I jumped.


(Bey) giggling "What the fuck!" i said panting holding my chest.


(Shawn) "GOT DAMN, that shit had me scared a little bit." he said laughing.


(Bey) "You big ass baby." i teased.


(Shawn) "Oh you want to start that up" he said and started tickling.


We were rolling around across the bed, as i was trying to get away from him.


(Bey) "Okay now punk." i said after rolling off the bed.


(Shawn) sitting on the bed laughing "Aaaaah ha thats what you get."


(Bey) getting up off the floor "You play too much."


(Shawn) "Oh hush up, cry baby."


When he said that i jumped on the bed and climbed on top of Shawn and start smothering him with the pillow. 


(Bey) "Take this!" i yelled.


BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM, the lightning struck again.


(Bey) rolling off of Shawn "Damn, its bad out there."


(Shawn) "Shit yea."


Shawn and I laid there next to each other for a few moments just staring at the ceiling. That last one really got us. We aint know what to do.


(Bey) "I was having a bad day too, well earlier i was."


(Shawn) "And why is that?"


(Bey) "Well its like the whole thing about the miscarriage was starting to get to me, and then when Tony came by, and then i was feeling frustrated because i was missing you."


(Shawn) "Aw you were missing me?" he said trying to sound all cute.


(Bey) chuckling "Oh god, here you go. And yes i was."


(Shawn) "I been missing you too though."


(Bey) "I know you were, no need to tell me." i teased.


(Shawn) pulls Bey closer by him "Get over here chump." he said and starts tickling.


(Bey) "Shawn stop, before you make me fall off the bed again." i said twisting and turning.


(Shawn) laughing "Okay, okay, i don't need my baby hurting herself."


(Bey) "Yeeeeea, i could have broke my neck or something."


(Shawn) "You are too dramatic."


(Bey) "Oh and your one to talk."


Shawn and I sat around and joked around with each other some more. Something about the rain and being with Shawn, had me in the mood. Both Shawn and I said it would be best if we wait, but i think we waited long enough. I rolled over on my stomach and faced Shawn and smiled at him. He was looking at me kind of weird, like WTH am i smiling about. It must of been that liquor in my system that gave me the boost of courage because I started kissing on Shawn and we started going at it.


(Bey) kissing on Shawn "Shawn..."


(Shawn) kissing on Bey "Yes Bey?"


(Bey) "Lets not wait anymore, i want it and I want it bad." i said tugging on his shorts.


(Shawn) trying to sit up "Bey are yo--"


(Bey) climbs on top of Shawn "Shhhh, lets not waste anytime talking."


I started pulling off Shawn's shirt, he looked at me shocked as hell but at the same time excited. I can tell he wanted it just as bad as me. Shawn rolled me over and he laid on top of me. I watched him as he dug into his pants for something, it must have been a condom and it was. I pulled off my shirt, as Shawn gathered himself. After all the times, we are finally going all the way.


(Shawn) laying on top of Bey, staring at her "Are you sure this is what you want, i mean it's not too late to say no, i want me mad or anything."


(Bey) "I never been too sure about anything." i said kissing him.


(Shawn) positions himself on Bey "Okay."


With that being said, Shawn slid off my panties and the minute i felt him enter me my body jumped and i let out the biggest moan. Lord, i didnt know how big he was until i actually felt him inside of me.


(Bey) moaning "Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm shit."


(Shawn) pops his head up and looks a Bey "What? And Im hurting you."


(Bey) "Uhm-un, keep going."


Shawn started really working it, my body was loving every minute of it. But after a while i wanted more.


(Bey) "Shaaaaaawn.....go deeper."


Pops his head up and looks a me.


(Shawn) "How deep?"


(Bey) "I wanna feel it in my heart......."


(Shawn) chuckles "Alllllllrgiht."


With that being said Shawn went in deep. I'm talking so deep, that i literally felt it in my stomach. It was feeling so good i didnt want it too stop. His paced picked up and our moans and words grew louder. I wrapped my legs tightly around him and dug my nails into his back. I wasn't meaning to but, i was just so lost in the moment.


(Shawn) ''Fuuuuuuuuuuuck!"


(Bey) moans "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssss."


Shawn and I were going at it for a while and right when i was about to come he decided to switch positions. His ass flipped me over so fast, that i didn't even notice him pull out.


(Bey) "Damn Shawn!" i said as i felt him re-enter me.


This time he had me turned over and he was going in from the back. His hands gripped me tight, as he held me by my waist. BOW, BOW, BOW....he went. He wasn't playing any games, tugging all only my hair and shit. In my head i was saying Tony who? We went on like this for a little while longer until he pulled out and laid on his back, grabbing me on top of him.


(Bey) "Damn Shawn, with your aggressive ass." i joked.


(Shawn) "You know you like it." he teased.


(Bey) "You aint lying." i said biting my lip.


I sat on Shawn for a min, i  already knew what he wanted. I decided i was gonna play with him a bit. I eased down on him and the minute i felt him grab a hold of me i popped back up. And he sat his head up giving me a look, i just laughed. I did it a few times, enough to get him where i wanted him.


(Shawn) "You better stop playing with me."


(Bey) smirks at Shawn "Oh, you want this?"


(Shawn) "Man, why you playing?" he whined.


(Bey) chuckles "How bad you want it." i said whispering in his ear.


(Shawn) "Man, you better...."


(Bey) "I better what?"


(Shawn) "You play too much."


(Bey) "OH hush up cry baby."


I figured i teased Shawn, long enough. I eased back down on him but this time i was for real. I started off  slow, just to give him a little taste, I did this until i felt him about to come, then i started speeding up, going faster and faster. Shawn was loving the shit out of it. His face expressions said it all.


(Shawn) "Goooooot Damn......"


(Bey) just smiles at Shawn.


I went on until i got a couple off and I reached my climax. I climbed off Shawn and laid next too him, both Shawn and myself were panting so hard. I scooted close to him, laying on his chest.


(Shawn) trying to catch his breathe "Fuck girl.....that shit was...."


(Bey) chuckling "I know, I know. Im the truth."


(Shawn) "Your ass play too much though." he said chuckling.


(Bey) "Aw are you still crying about that?" i teased.


(Shawn) "Aint nobody crying. But i see what type of games you play. I got you though." he said playfully.


(Bey) Kisses Shawn "Aw you know you love me, so cut and out."


(Shawn) "Hmp, i'd tell you what i love." he joked.


(Bey) "Hush up punk."


(Shawn) looking towards the window "Oh look, it stopped raining." he said pointing to the window.


(Bey) noticing she left the window open "OH fuck, i hope nobody saw anything why the window was all open" i said getting up to shut the blinds.


(Shawn) "That would of been one hell of a show." he said watching me walk over to the window.


(Bey) "Can you stop staring at me, you perv." I said walking back to the bed.


(Shawn) "Oh you wasn't calling me a perv when i was jus--"


POW, Bey smacks Shawn in the head with a pillow.


(Bey) laughing "Your always running your mouth."


(Shawn) "You lucky i don't fuck you up because of that" he joked as he put back on his shorts.


(Bey) getting under the covers "Womp Womp Womp"


(Shawn) "What are you doing?"


(Bey) "Im going to bed what does it look like?"


(Shawn) "No your not, your staying up with me" he said snatching the covers off of me.


(Bey) "You are sickening and yes i am." i said snatching them back.


(Shawn) "So you don't want to stay up and talk to me."


(Bey) "Hell no, I'm tired as hell and besides i have to be up early tomorrow." i said lying.


(Shawn) "Na, those are just excuses. I just wore you out thats all." he teased.


(Bey) chuckling "Good night SHAWN."
